Ingredients
Rice stick noodles for 2
- soak in hot (from the tap) water for about 2 hours and drain
Meat for 2 - cubed
Vegetables for 2
- stir fry until cooked (they go in at the end)
Egg - scrambled ready to add at the end
Hand full of (roasted?) peanuts - crushed
Sauce
25g palm sugar
45ml tamarind sauce
60ml fish sauce
1.5 tsp paprika
Add ingredients together and warm before starting to cook
Method
- Heat the wok until hot
- Add generous helping of cooking oil
- Fry the meat until sealed
-add 1 desert spoon of sauce and a little crushed garlic half way through sealing
- Add the noodles and sauce and keep moving from now on
- Cook until noodles are nearly done
- Add the vegetables and egg for the final minute
- Serve and sprinkle peanuts over the top
